Free Ground Shipping:

We offer FREE ground shipping for all banner orders over AED 500.00 to Dubai, no matter how many banners you purchase. Please enter your delivery zip code by each item for estimated delivery time.

Shipping Options:

The following shipping options are available:

RUSH: Your order will print and ship the same day and delivered the following business day guranteed*. (cut off time is 1 PM EST)

PRIORTY: Your order will print, ship and be delivered in 2 business days or less guranteed*. (cut off time is 1 PM EST).

EXPRESS: Your order will print, ship and be delivered in 4 business days or less. (cut off time is 1 PM EST).

STANDARD: Your order will print, ship and be delivered in 6 business days or less. (cut off time is 1 PM EST).

FREE GROUND: Your order will print, ship and be delivered in 8 business days or less. (cut off time is 1 PM EST).

REIGHT: Your order will print, ship and be delivered in 10 business days or less. (cut off time is 1 PM EST).

Packaging for Shipping:

Maximum length for banners to be shipped rolled in a tube allowed by UPS, is 8 feet.

Banners exceeding 8 feet in both dimensions will be folded into a smaller box. If you wish to have your over sized banners shipped rolled in a tube, please select "freight" option. Available up to 16 feet by any length.
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.

Each shipping method will list the estimate delivery date and the exact shipping cost with that method. Please enter your delivery zip code by each item for estimated delivery time and shipping cost.

The shipping calculator is available for each item that you are adding to the Shopping Cart, this means that you can order 1 item with rush shipping and the next item with standard shipping in the same order.

What is the guarantee?

Our guarantee is as simple as it sounds: If your order does not arrive on the delivery date you selected, your order is FREE!

You will receive a full refund of all expenses, including shipping costs, and you get to keep the merchandise.

How do I qualify?

Qualifying for our Guarantee is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Select one of our guaranteed delivery dates from your shopping cart. Note that not all of our shipping options are guaranteed; if you select Free Ground, Standard, Express, Freight, there is no guaranteed delivery date. Dates shown for these services are approximations only.

2. Ship the item(s) to an address within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or APO/FPOaddresses).

3. Pay for the item(s) in advance or charge to your existing account. Unpaid orders will not be eligible for guaranteed delivery service.

What are my responsibilities?

In order for us to get your merchandise to you on time, there are certain things we need you to do. Failure to fulfill your end of the bargain could void your guarantee.

When submitting your art files for custom printed products, we have to have the files promptly to meet the guaranteed deadlines. Failure to get us your files, submitting incorrect file formats, incorrect file dimensions, low quality artwork, or submitting corrupted, unopenable files could void your guarantee.

Please adhere to these time requirements strictly to ensure you receive your items as promised:

RUSH, PRIORTY orders: files must be submitted and received by us before 1:00pm Eastern Time on the day of placing the order.

All other delivery options: files must be submitted and received by us within 4 business hours of placing your order not to incure any delays.

When proofs must be approved, you need to respond promptly. We will send proofs as soon as possible and your approval should be received within 1 business hour.

When deadlines are tight, communication is important. If we have questions or need to speak with you for any reason, we have to be able to get in touch with you. Please provide two contact phone numbers where you can be easily reached. If we are unable to contact you, your guarantee may become void.

Any other problems or delays that arise due to the actions of the customer could void the guarantee. Such actions would include submitting new files, requesting changes to files, sending corrupt files, failure to communicate, delayed responses to phone calls or emails, delays in approving proofs, requesting physical proofs, delayed payment, order changes, delivery address changes, etc.

The Fine Print

Along with your responsibilities listed above, the following terms and conditions apply. Please read them to avoid questions or problems later.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a guaranteed delivery request for any reason. Typically this would only happen if the request is unreasonable or unrealistic. For example, we would not be able to print and deliver 10,000 banners in one day. Our guarantee is subject to production capacity and inventory limitations. If we are unable to honor any guaranteed delivery request, we will contact you as soon as possible (typically within 1 business hour) to advise you of the problem.

At that point we will give you the option to negotiate a new delivery date or simply cancel your order for a full refund. If we are unable to reach you by phone or email, the guarantee will become void as explained above.
Our guarantee does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond DubaiBanners.com's control, including merchandise mishandled, weather delayed, mechanical faluire in shipping, misdirected or lost by the shipping carrier (normally UPS). If we ship your item(s) on time using the correct shipping method, we consider our end of the agreement fulfilled.

Guaranteed delivery prices include the cost of shipping & handling plus rush fees for expediting production. The UPS method used to ship your order will vary depending on how quickly we are able to get the items ready to ship and your proximity to our facility. Accordingly, some guaranteed shipments may be sent Next Day Air while others will be sent standard Ground UPS. Regardless of how your order is shipped, it is still guaranteed to arrive on or before the delivery date you selected.

Because physical proofs add extra days to production times, requesting a physical proof may delay your guaranteed delivery date or result in a price increase to still meet your original deadline.

If Dubai Banner is to design the artwork, this may delay your guaranteed delivery date or result in a price increase to still meet your original deadline.

Guaranteed shipping prices are calculated at the time the order is placed, not from when the proof is approved. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is ever a problem with your proof request.

Proof of delivery will be determined by the shipping carrier's package tracking system. Delivery drivers often leave packages with someone else in an office building or on a doorstep. If the electronic tracking information shows a delivery occured, we consider our end of the agreement fulfilled, whether the package was signed for or not.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address or shipping options after you place the order might affect your eligibility for guaranteed delivery.

DubaiBanners.com reserves the right to change or discontinue guaranteed delivery at its discretion.

 

Return and refund policy

DubaiBanners.com focuses on providing our customers with the best possible printing experience and products. If there is any issue with your order, you must report the problem within five (5) business days. You can submit your claim by calling our Customer Service Dept at +971581993868, Option 1 or via email at info@DubaiBanners.com

Our Customer Service Representative will document your complaint and create a claim for you to reference as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defects and/or order issues must be reported to DubaiBanners.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Customer will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. The customer will be required to ship defective product(s) back to DubaiBanners.com at their own expense, and in an agreed upon reasonable time frame. DubaiBanners.com may reimburse the customer for return shipping, if a defect is determined to exist by our team. Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products. In the event of an expedited order the quality may sometimes be sacrificed for the expedition to be feasible and the client agrees and understands that there may be a quality assurance is not possible for expedited orders. Under no circumstances are reimbursement or refunds issued on any custom printing, these products are provided specifically to you and by your agreement to purchase custom printed products, you relinquish your right to charge-back your transaction at any time.

Under no circumstances can DubaiBanners.com be held liable for any discrepancies caused by shipping/handling and logistics partners. Messengers, FedEx, or UPS may be used any the manufacturing production facility is determined at the time of your order receipt and is at our discretion.

Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity and are at DubaiBanners discretion. Turnaround time begins after receipt of final proof approval. Final approval is to be accepted in written format.

Color Proof Accuracy
Please note color proofs cannot match the final product 100% due to the fact that proofs are created in a different way than the printed piece and the customer supplied proofs are not calibrated to our presses.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold DubaiBanners.com harmless, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Terms and Conditions. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DubaiBanners.com harmless from any and all claims arising from the improper use of trademark, copyright, or other protected material.

Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.
