Channel Letters are 3 Dimensional Sign Elements. They are typically displayed on the facade of a building or monument sign. Channel letters are lit with LED modules which have effective light output and require very little electricity. 5 Years Warranty
We warrants that Front Lit Letters, Front & Back Lit Letters, Front Lit Logo Shapes Sign, and Front & Back Lit Logo Shapes Sign will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment. Should there be a malfunction covered under this warranty, the buyer must notify us prior to taking any action. To proceed with any work or repairs on signs under warranty without notifying us automatically voids any warranty.
If the product proves defective during the warranty period, We, at its option, will: (1) Repair the product, at no charge for parts or telephone/email support (2) Replace the product with an equivalent product which may be new or refurbished
We tests and inspects all signs for proper operation prior to shipment. In addition, all signs are shipped in packaging that meets or exceeds industry standards for common carrier shipment. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to inspect the packaging for any damage prior to accepting shipment. If packaging is damaged – inspect all contents for damages before signing. In the event that shipping damage is determined, it is the responsibility of the customer receiving the shipment to file a claim with the carrier and notify by email or call. Any damages incurred between shipment from our plant and final destination will not be the responsibility of dubai banners, but will fall on the carrier.
This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from acts of God, accidental negligence, vandalism or misuse. These warranties shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use, installation or care. We shall not be obligated under this warranty.
The above warranties are given by us with respect to this product and its related items in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. It is the responsibility of dubai banners to repair defective products and related items as the sole remedy provided to the customer for honor of this warranty.

Q: How long is the turnaround for my Channel Letter order?
A: For standard channel letters and shapes between 16" to 24", orders will be completed within 2-4 business days. If vinyl is needed or your letters oversize this may extend your turnaround time.
Q: Do you have a price break down for different components and options?
A: Yes. The price sheet reflects automated quote calculated by the system.
Please Note: Area(s) of your Text or Logos that are too small to be fabricated properly with Aluminum Returns may need to be altered before beginning production. This may incur additional charges and cause a delay on your completion time.
Q: What are the minimum and maximum production limit, cutout, stroke, spacing?
A: Shaped channel letter or light box: 58.5"x 136" Square or rectangle light box: 48" x 72", 36" x 96", 12" x 136", 24" x 136", 30" x 136" Rounded light box: 48" x 48" Oval light box: 48" x 72", 36" x 96", 12" x 136", 24" x 136", 30" x 136". Smallest stroke should be no less than 2".

Q: What kind of art files should I submit?
A: All files submitted must be Vector and scaled to your specifications. The shape of the channel letter should also be simplified before uploading. Avoid uploading complex lettering or shapes. Convert all colors to CMYK for better color output.

Q: Do you have any fastener suggestions?
A: Yes. This information is included with your installation guide along with your Channel letter order.
Q: Do you also have optional parts for installation?
